Orange Koi. These are F1's from
a line out of Iowa by Mark
Schmidt. I'm trying to cross them
with a Koi line from Steve Rybicki
of Angelsplus. When we bred the
Iowa line from with in, results
were not as great as we had
hoped for. Although the body
size, disposition and colors are
fine the fins are not quite what
we envisioned that would be of
high enough quality for us to sell.

These Marbles are showing Orange and Gold crowns, they were the
result of crossing a Koi Angel(gM/g-S/S-V/+) male with a Silver
Marble(M/+) female. Very nice fry with great cap coloring.

These are Chocolate Smokey Veils(Sm/Sm-V/+) You can see here how the
double dose of Smokey creates a dark brown coloring in the smokey patches
on the body of the Angelfish. With a single dose of smokey, the body area
patches are very black.

These are a pair of Platinum Pearlscales we are now working with.. They are
proving to have some genetic challenges but we are crossing out to remove
the problems and make for a better quality Angelfish.
